In order to keep your wheelchair van and mobility equipment working as efficiently as possible we recommend that you schedule preventive maintenance every six months. Below is just a partial list of items our service technicians look for:
• Overall operating condition of your wheelchair van and/or adaptive equipment
• Inspect/Clean and lube hinges on ramps
• Operate ramp for proper stow deployment
• Lube manual ramps
• Check door alignment for proper operation
• Inspect kneel system for proper operation, lubricate kneel chain & rollers
• Verify that all switches and remotes are working properly
Our trained technicians, should they find a problem, will have our Service Manager explain what is needed to repair your vehicle or equipment. You will also receive a printed estimate detailing what part(s) will need to be repaired/replaced.
We are a member of NMEDA (National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association) and their QAP (Quality Assurance Program).
